SPLAT: Block Puzzle — Block Puzzle Game for Android

Effective Date: August 15, 2026  |  Last Updated: September 23, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use SPLAT: Block Puzzle (the "App"), published on Google Play under the package name com.komandakycto.splat by Leonid Korsakov, a sole proprietor established in Georgia ("we," "us," "our").

The short version. The App is free and has no in-app purchases. We never ask for your name, email address, or an account with us, and we run no servers of our own. The App shows advertisements and collects gameplay analytics through Google services. If you sign in to Google Play Games, your progress is saved to your own Google Account and your scores can appear on public leaderboards under your Play Games display name. Most of what the game knows about you stays on your device; the exceptions are described below.

2. Who We Are

Leonid Korsakov, sole proprietor (Individual Entrepreneur), registered in Georgia. For anything relating to privacy or your data, write to support-komandakycto@proton.me. We will give a postal address on request.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

Most of what the App knows about you never leaves your phone. It is kept in the App's private storage and is not readable by other apps:

The App opts out of Android's cloud backup, so the operating system does not copy this data to your Google Drive. On some devices Android may still carry app data across during a direct device-to-device transfer, which is a manufacturer feature we do not control. Do not rely on it: without a Play Games cloud save, your progress is not expected to survive uninstalling the App or moving to a new device.

4. Google Play Games Services

Signing in to Google Play Games is optional. If you are already signed in on your device, the App may sign you in automatically; if you are not, the App works the same way offline, and a sign-in button stays available in Settings → PLAYER.

While you are signed in:

If you are not signed in, the App sends nothing to Play Games: no cloud save is written, and neither scores nor achievement progress leave your device. Signing out later stops further uploads, but it does not delete what is already stored in your Google Account. Advertising, analytics and crash reporting are a separate matter and are described in Section 5.

If you are signed in but publication is switched off, no new score is sent to a public leaderboard; scores published earlier can stay visible there. Two things continue whatever that setting says: achievement progress is still sent to Play Games, and your best scores are still part of the cloud save, which is stored privately in your own Google Account. To stop both, sign out of Play Games on your device; to remove what is already stored, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page.

When a real leaderboard is unavailable, the App shows a locally generated table of invented opponents, labelled as such inside the App; those entries are not real people.

5. Advertising, Analytics and Crash Reporting

The App is free and is funded by advertising. Advertising, analytics and crash reporting are provided by Google through the following services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

ServiceProviderPurpose
Google AdMob (Mobile Ads SDK) Google LLC Serving advertisements, measurement and fraud prevention
Google User Messaging Platform Google LLC Showing and recording your advertising and analytics consent choice
Google Analytics for Firebase Google LLC Understanding how the game is played so it can be improved
Firebase Crashlytics Google LLC Finding and fixing crashes and freezes
Google Play Games Services Google LLC Optional sign-in, cloud saves, public leaderboards and achievements

Through these services the following kinds of information may be collected: device and advertising identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID; your IP address, from which an approximate location may be estimated; technical details of your device such as model and operating system version; how you interact with the App and with advertisements; and, when the App crashes, a report describing the failure and the state of the device at that moment.

These records carry a randomly generated identifier rather than your name or account. We see gameplay statistics as reports and individual crash reports in Google's developer consoles, but nothing in them tells us who you are and we cannot connect them to you unaided. We set no name, email address or Play Games identity in these services.

For details of Google's own processing, see the Google Privacy Policy, the Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure, and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Beyond these Google services we use no other analytics, attribution, advertising or social media SDKs, and there is no payment or billing SDK in the App, because there is nothing to buy. Advertisements themselves are chosen and served by Google, and their content — images, video and click destinations — comes from advertisers we do not control.

6. Your Choices

7. Why We Are Allowed to Process Your Data

If the General Data Protection Regulation or the UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent for personalized advertising, for analytics that use identifiers or storage on your device, and for publishing your scores on public leaderboards; performance of a contract for running the game on your device; and our legitimate interests in keeping the App working, in diagnosing crashes, in measuring how the game is used in an aggregated, identifier-free form, in preserving the progress and achievements of players who are signed in to Play Games, and in preventing fraudulent or manipulated leaderboard scores.

Analytics deserves a plain word here, because the two halves have different bases. If you decline, or later withdraw, the App keeps running Google Analytics for Firebase in the mode Google calls consent mode: it stops reading and writing analytics and advertising identifiers on your device, and what still reaches Google is a small aggregated signal that carries no identifier and cannot be tied back to you. That reduced measurement is what we rely on legitimate interests for. Everything that needs an identifier — personalized advertising, and analytics that can follow a device across sessions — happens only with your consent, and stops when you withdraw it.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time using the choices in Section 6; this does not affect processing that already took place. Where we rely on legitimate interests you may object, and for cloud saves you can act on that directly by signing out of Play Games on your device.

8. Who Your Data Is Shared With

We do not sell your personal data for money. Passing advertising identifiers and device information to Google and its advertising partners so that you can be shown personalized advertising may nonetheless count as a "sale" or as "sharing" under some United States state privacy laws. You can stop it with the choices in Section 6.

Otherwise your data is shared only:

9. International Transfers

The Google services the App uses operate globally, so your data may be processed in the United States and in other countries where Google runs data centres. Google applies its own safeguards to these transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and Google LLC's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Which one covers a given service, and how to obtain a copy, is set out in Google's privacy documentation for businesses; ask us and we will point you to the current position for any service named in Section 5.

10. How Long Data Is Kept

Data stored on your device stays there until you reset your progress, clear the App's data or uninstall it. A Play Games cloud save, your leaderboard scores and your achievements stay in your Google Account until you delete your Play Games data for this game, as described on our Data Deletion page.

Advertising, analytics and crash data are held by Google on Google's systems, for the period configured in our Google Analytics property and, for crash reports, on Firebase's published deletion schedule. We keep them only while they are still useful for understanding recent play and fixing recent crashes. These records are tied to a random identifier rather than to you, so we cannot find your records unaided — but if you are able to supply your app-instance identifier, we can ask Google to delete the events recorded against it. Anything you send us by email is kept only as long as we need it to deal with your message and to record that we dealt with it.

11. Security

Data sent between the App and Google's services travels over encrypted connections. Local game data is written to the App's private storage area, which other applications cannot read, and is not copied to Google Drive by Android's backup system. The App stores no passwords and processes no payments. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children

The App is not directed to children and is not designed for them. It is intended for players aged 16 and over, or older where the law of your country sets a higher minimum age for using online services or consenting to the processing of personal data.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal data through the App, write to us at support-komandakycto@proton.me and we will delete what we are able to reach.

13. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent you have given. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

To exercise any of these rights, email support-komandakycto@proton.me. We aim to answer within one month, or sooner if the law that applies to you requires it. Please do not send us identity documents unless we ask for something we reasonably need in order to verify your request.

One practical limit, so that nothing here misleads you. We operate no server, hold no account for you and keep no copy of your game data. In most cases the honest answer to a request is that we hold nothing about you: what exists is either on your own device or inside your own Google Account. Our Data Deletion page explains how to reach both.

14. Deleting Your Data

The in-app progress reset, deletion of Play Games cloud saves, leaderboard scores and achievements, resetting your advertising identifier and requesting deletion by email are all described step by step on our Data Deletion page.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the App changes. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, so it is worth looking at from time to time. Where a change requires your consent, we will ask for it before the changed processing begins.
